Shipping policy
We do everything we can to ensure you receive the freshest product in the most pristine condition. We ship Ground and 2-Day orders Tuesday - Thursday and Overnight orders Tuesday - Thursday.
We do not ship orders Friday – Sunday! Chocolate sitting at UPS or the USPS over the weekend would be messy.
We do not ship same day. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We cannot ship internationally.
We strongly suggest choosing Overnight shipping if your order is shipping to a warm climate. Heat will melt chocolate. Eye Candy Chocolatier cannot be held responsible for product that has been damaged due to shipping that isn't overnight shipping.

We make every effort to ensure it gets shipped out on time, but appreciate your patience as we work with a reduced staff due to social distancing requirements. The USPS also seems to be experiencing unusual delays, so please take that into consideration when shipping.
Do you Guarantee Delivery Dates and Time?
Winter storms, hurricanes, fires, flooding; these are just a few reasons why UPS or USPS may experience delivery delays. Because there are some forces of nature that are out of our hands, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is out for delivery.
Additional Shipping Information
Please double-check shipping addresses before submitting your order. Eye Candy Chocolatier cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses (i.e. PO boxes) provided by the customer.
We realize that you may want to send a gift as a surprise. However, in order to prevent delays, we recommend you notify the recipient of the shipment prior to arrival.
Shipping is applied to the pre-discounted total when using a promotion code.
